Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms govern your use of Habit Bloom.

1. License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Premium / Subscriptions

• Premium features (advanced AI insights, detailed statistics, etc.) are unlocked through a subscription.
• Purchases and renewals are processed by the App Store.
• Free trials may be offered; if not canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, they convert to paid subscriptions.
• Cancellation must be done via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3. Health Disclaimer

The App is not medical advice. Consult professionals for health concerns.

4. Notifications & Watch

• You may disable notifications anytime. Apple Watch sync works securely between your devices.

5. Prohibited Use

• No reverse engineering, resale, or unlawful use.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, and code belong to Habit Bloom or licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access for violating these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, unless local mandatory laws apply.
