All content, features, and functionality of the MyVibe app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
The aesthetic analysis, body analysis, color analysis, and style recommendations provided by MyVibe are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results are based on algorithmic analysis and machine learning models and should not be considered as professional styling, fashion, or medical advice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis results or recommendations. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
